Dear Sirs, I am looking for a 3/4 length sleeve, empire waist floor length evening gown. I'd like the sleeves to be a stretch lace (my upper arms are huge), the bodice to be cut low and the remainder of the dress to be soft and flow around my fat. I wear a 3X by your size charts. I am also open to your designers ideas. Basically I want to disguise my fat and emphasize my breasts. Thank you for your time and consideration.
