I'm trying to pay just the $90 shipping fee and the website isn't letting me pay for just shipping. It won't work unless I purchase something. I also noticed the price of what I purchased is now $80 per hat while I paid $109 per hat?? Can someone please guide me on how to pay just shipping charge?? Thank you
